Configuration Daemon Not Running

Starting this morning I am getting constant emails about the Configuration Dameon not running.  I am able to log into the web ui with no problems so I'm not exactly sure what it's talking about.  Also what is the best method to fix this?  Do I just need to restart the whole box?  Thanks in advance for your help with this.

Edit: Restarting the firewall fixed the problem for me.
