Showing IP's instead of Users under web protection logging and reporting

Hi,

After configuring the user portals on the SG310 UTM 9 it appear once the users names in the reporting and logging under the web protection and now its just IP's.

The setup of the Authentication services : Create user automatechly for the web filter and user portal, and at the advance tab i am prefetching the AD users every night.

At the Web filter level, its in Transparent mode.

In the log file of the web protection i can see empty values for users (user="").

    Amer, the lines with statuscode="304 are all redirects that appear to be working fine.

    The lines with statuscode="200" are not blocked by the UTM. Those with a very long fullreqtime indicate that the server doesn't like the Proxy. You may be able to overcome this with an Exception for Anti-Virus, but probably you will need to skip the Proxy for those accesses.

    You may also have a problem due to the fact that an Exception for SSL doesn't work in Transparent mode.
