Can't turn off the HA on Master

When i turn off the HA on master device and refresh the page it turns back to old configuration, why can't i disable HA on master device.

    Should work. On SG (not XG) you have access to master only.

    Disabling HA at master should result in "factory-reset" and power-down of slave.

    Otherwise, reboot slave and master before disabling HA.

    i know and that's what exactly happened to the slave but when i tried to "OFF" HA on master it didn't work and HA was still in master-slave mode.

    slave does a "factory-reset" and master stay in HA?

    you rebooted master and slave before?
