Nightmare: I'm trying to access my UTM management portal and am using a custom TCP port but I'm blocked indicating the "service is not supported"

Not sure what to do.

I'm locked out. I just installed a new Windows machine and it's not going well.  It seems my system is in need of years of updates and they're not coming through the UTM for some reason, but I can't address it since I can't manage the UTM.
