Exception is not working when I specified user or group

Hello, can you help me with this problem please? 

This is how look our Default Web Profile:

 

This is how look our custom profile for OU - InternetFree - skryja is part of this group.

Exception is not working when I specified user or group:

Do you know where could be the problem? When I skip Authentification, the exception starts working.

    Hi Jiri, Thanks for reaching out to Sophos Community.

    Can you check in http.log file by filtering for the source IP of the user device and verify whether the username is getting reflected in the logs or not while browsing.

    You can login into ssh and run the command -> tail -f /var/log/http.log | grep -i "User-Machine-IP"

    I look in logs. And There is only passed. It's so weird. when I skip Authentification, it loads full reddit. with my rule, it will never load this:

    Ahoj Jiri,

    My guess is that the user "skryja" is not what appears in the log when things don't go as expected.  If that's not it, please tell us what you did to "skip Authentification."

    What I did? This. When the rule looks like this, reddit is working propertly.

    But when I don't skip authentification and put here my name (synced with AD) it's not working propertly. Weird.
