RED15 can't resolve hostname

Hello, we are using Sophos SG125 and Sophos RED15. In location where is Sophos SG125 we have domain server I set CNAME kerbl.mydomain.local in DNS manager but when I want to connect on RED15 site to kerbl.mydomain.local it's not working. Still want me to log in with creditials. But when I try to ping it, it's working normally and it see the IP address of kerbl.mydomain.local.

The problem was in IE settings. The problem is solved.

What is the configured RED operation mode for RED15? If you ping to kerbl.mydomain.local from the RED network, does it work?

Hello, I am using it in Standard / Split mode. And When I try to ping kerbl.mydomain.local it can resolve the IP. Thats the reason why I am confused and web is not working.
