How to upload and change webadmin/userportal certificate from shell/terminal?

SG550, 9.700-5.

I'm not sure, but I suspect that my system is affected by NUTM-11561 : Unable to load certificate list in WebAdmin when large number of certificates present.

I can access pages where I can change certificate, but if I try to reach 'certificate management' pages I get message 'want to wait antoher 30 seconds' and got blank page...

As my current certificate will expire in few days I'm looking how to upload and change certificates from command line.

Any ideas?
