Multipath does not work with network ranges specified

Something really odd

Running on a 230 with the lastest firmware and trying to get multipath set up.  We have 3 internet connections and want to specify sip traffic across one of them.  When we put in a specific Host address as a source and SIP at the protocol everything works great.  However, if we change the source to the whole network (let's say 192.168.10.x/24) and specify SIP as the protocol, it picks up on the settings from up-link balancing and goes out the wrong interface.

I checked to make sure that the network object was set to any interface and all looks good there.  Just not sure why the rule is ignoring the traffic if a network is specified vs. a host.

thanks!
