Hello:
Have a customer with a usage limit on their internet line. The provider does not think it their responsibility to provide any information apart from a bill for over usage a month later.
An ideas of either....
Warning email if the internet usage for a particular day is over a limit.
or
Warning email when a certain amount of usage has occurred in a calendar month.
