1500 MTU on PPPoE connections - is it possible?

Hi,

I have been asked by my ISP if I could use 1500 as my MTU and not 1492?  I saw this article:

Which seems to suggest it is still being worked on, is anyone else using a similar config?

  • The value looks to be changeable in my UTM. I changed the MTU to 1500 and forced a reconnect and the log shows 1500 and I am still writing this post.
