DHCP not Running

Hi guys

can some one tell me why im geting a " Dhcp Client not running - restarted " error ? the question its becasue I do not have any DHCP service running !!, is not usual, not often, but i receive an email whit that error, at least happens 6 time at a year, so thats why id never go in to the subject, until now

    Programs aren't perfect.  Linux programmers know this and configure the OS to restart a necessary service if it crashes.  Why DHCP has crashed might not be consistent.
