'Link Error' on Uplink Balancing Sophos UTM 9

Hello, I am using Sophos UTM 9
I Have 2 ISP interfaces
One DSL with dynamic IP
and
One HDSL with Static IP
I am Using Uplink Balancing where both are Active interface, and
Multipath Rules in order to set a group of specific users to use HDSL while the rest the DSL

the problem lies that I have a link Error on HDSL interface.
i tried to restart the Interfaces an restart the Uplink Balancing multiple times but it didn' t work...

Any Suggestion

Has the HDSL ever worked? I assume you rebooted the HDSL modem?
In my experience working with the UTM; Link errors were always an issue with either the configuration or the modem.

Uplink Monitoring Is off and no actions are configured

Connecting My laptop directly on the HDSL modem works Perfectly, even though i restarted the modem multiple times

Are both the modem and UTM set to auto-negotiate?
