Sender Whitelist entries disappear when switching tabs in User Portal

Hi, folks,

Is anyone else experiencing issues with Sender Whitelist entries "disappearing," when you switch between tabs in the User Portal?

I'm currently running firmware 9.351-3, but I've had this problem with all previous versions, as far as I can remember using UTM 9. It's never been a real problem, because I don't have to whitelist many addresses, but I've got enough that - when I do have to update the list - I have to take a screen cap, so I can confirm that I haven't lost any previous whitelist entries.

For me, the problem's very easy to reproduce: simply open up the User Portal, click on the Sender Whitelist tab, make a change or simply click on any other tab (e.g. Mail Quarantine) and come back to the Sender Whitelist tab. Et voila!  There'll be at least one missing entry. There's no rhyme or reason to what entry (or entries) will be missing, and the remaining entries seem to have their list order shuffled around.

Anyone else seeing this?  Anyone know of a fix?

*** EDIT ***  I just noticed that this question is posted in the Management, Network, Logging and Reporting section.  I wonder if it belongs under Email Protection.  Is there a way to move the message?

    Hi, folks,

Is anyone else experiencing issues with Sender Whitelist entries "disappearing," when you switch between tabs in the User Portal?

I'm currently running firmware 9.352-6, but I've had this problem with all previous versions, as far as I can remember using UTM 9. It's never been a real problem, because I don't have to whitelist many addresses, but now I've got enough that - when I do have to update the list - I have to take a screen cap, so I can confirm that I haven't lost any previous whitelist entries.

For me, the problem's very easy to reproduce:

    1. open up the User Portal
    2. click on the Sender Whitelist tab
    3. make a change (add, edit or delete an entry), or simply click on any other tab (e.g. Mail Quarantine)
    4. come back to the Sender Whitelist tab

And voila!  There'll be at least one missing entry. There's no rhyme or reason to what entry (or entries) will be missing. Although there's no obvious "sort" order to begin with, the remaining entries seem to have their list order shuffled around.

By the way, this issue doesn't seem to be restricted to any specific browser, as I've confirmed the problem on Internet Explorer and Google Chrome (on Windows; I haven't tried updating whitelists on an Android device).

Anyone else seeing this?  Anyone know of a fix?
