Today I found out that "Search Log Files" (Logging & Reporting > View Log Files > Search Log Files) is case sensitive, meaning that when you're searching for the word "Query", the UTM gives different results than when searching for the word "query", "quEry" or "querY". In fact, these queries would result in 4 different search results.
I'm using Astaro/Sophos UTM for over 10 years now and I never noticed it before. So I don't know if it's a bug or an User Error. Searching SMTP Log in Mail Manager is not case sensitive, so searching for the word "Query", "query", "quEry" or "querY" generates the same results.
We're running UTM 9.509-3
Who can tell if this is a bug or not? And if it is a bug, will this post be picked up by a Sophos engineer or do I have to file a bug report somewhere else?
