Error: string ("0") as a HASH ref while "strict refs" in use

Hi All,

I am getting the error "string ("0") as a HASH ref while "strict refs" in use" when accessing reporting on UTM 9.315-2. I tried searching the old astaro boards, but since they are down/broken I cannot find specifically how to resolve.

Thanks

  • There should be a little more information in the error.  Does it reference specific modules?  Is this a standalone or HA UTM?  This error is generally shown when data is missing or corrupted.  If HA, you may just need to shutdown the slave nodes, then turn them back on to force a re-sync.  If standalone, you could try rebuilding the database.  Be aware that by doing the rebuild, you will lose any existing reporting information, starting fresh.  Raw log data will be untouched.

    /etc/init.d/postgresql92 rebuild
