In 'Web Filtering Profiles' in Filtering Actions, at the bottom of the 'Additional Options' tab, confirm that logging is selected for both accessed and blocked pages.
In 'Logging & Reporting >> Reporting Settings' on the 'Settings' tab, make sure that 'Web Protection' is selected and that you choose the amount of data you want to keep.
Just below that, select the 'Web Protection Reporting Detail Level' - caution, keeping all detail for six months can cause problems with response times.
Finally, in 'Logging & Reporting >> Web Protection', create any custom reports you want to see.
