Graph data source location or ways to get the data

I'm currently backing-up my justification to increase our internet bandwidth. I need to get the average Network usage(a span of 1 year) from 8:00-18:00(work hours) rather than the 24 hour period presented in the graphs. Does anyone know how to export the data or perhaps know where the raw files are located?

    I would use the daily graphs for five business days from the Executive Report.  If you see extended periods during the day when you're using your full bandwidth, then it's almost a no-brainer even for a boss that's not tech-savvy.  Even then, I would configure QoS after the upgrade to be certain that other folks are getting what they need if one person does a big up/download.
