Receiving ransom ware emails , SPF check failing

My SPF check doesn't seem to work.I'm receive emails from "air quotes" American Express with a link. It it coming from a weird domain so the SPF check should have blocked this one. SMTP log is showing the email, so it definitely went trough Sophos.

Is their a way to check the SPF check?
