Reject/Block all inbound emails to user@example.com

Hello,

I've recently bought a already used domain from a reseller. Unfortunately someone gets a lot of spam and junk mail to one account (user@example.com) and im always using catch all on my domains, so its a bit annoying. Ive looked all menus in the utm, but couldnt find a ways to reject all emails going to user@example.com. The expression blocking is working neither.

Do you have any suggestions (except deactivating catch all :) )?

  • Create that user UTM with the exact email address, after login in user portal and there you have option for white-list and blacklist
    In Blacklist put: *@*.com

Any Domain ending with .com will no longer send emails to that user and emails will be quarantined in UTM
