UTM sends mail bout blocked mail

 

Hi Gents,

With every mail what is blocked by UTM, or by black sender list (userbased, global based) you will receive a message. This only happens for a new added user.

The other (2) users receives once a day a quarantine report, what is expected.

 

Any sugestions here?

I have re-applied the smtp data protection policy.

  • Waldo, it sounds like the new user isn't correctly in the UTM.  Are you syncing users from Active Directory?  See #6 in Rulz.

    No i'm not synching from AD, local users added.

    The only thing the third user receives is the blocked mail mails (replacing spam with spam).

    User is added to user portal, configured the mail account, added a blacklist item, what get listed in the user information in the admin console.

  • It sounds like the email account is incorrect in the User object.
