is there way in utm 9 to prevent senders sending mails by their names instead of domain. We have following issue:
e.g. john.doe@ourcompanydomain.com can send mails to the company, but we want to prevent mails from john.doe@externalsomedomain.com
With this setting we want to prevent recipients answer to same user name but different domain, this could cause to irritation among the recipients for example if the external fake sender with the same name as the internal name could do some phishing
so we want to filter the sender name instead of his domain. I read this thread already
answered but not satisfying on the 04.Jan.2013
Maybe there are new insights
BTW I'v tried with the expression filter but no success, I would like to have more a header filter instead of content filter
Maybe there must be some thing made like a IF...Then... programming or so
A help would be much appreciated
