Sophos SPX attachments

Question

OK I attach a image file then selected the encrypt button then sent the email to my gmail account. 
 I received the email message enter my password and see Encrypted Message report in pdf file and I can click on the reply button and send an attachment but I don't see the original attachment anywhere. 
 
 Any ideas?

I just got off the phone with Sophos. The trick here is that the end user has to save the pdf and open it in Adobe Reader. Opening the pdf in the browser doesn't display the attachments.
