SPX Registration Page 404 can't be found

Without warning, the registration page for new users or password changes can't be found. The security/certificate warning page does appear (another issue I am struggling to overcome), but after proceeding to the site, the "404 The requested URL was not found on the server". I have been working with certificates, but there have been no changes to the system. The URL should be https://50.205.27.126:10444

If restarting WebAdmin at the command line with /etc/rc.d/httpd restart doesn't fix this, does a reboot?

PS I have a sandbox, so I wasn't afraid to try your link, but I wouldn't have done so without the sandbox. We can't know if an external site is properly protected. The only malware I've gotten in almost 15 years was from an external link to a picture in this forum 5+ years ago.
