email blocked with reason spam (confirmated)

HI ALL,

i use utm SG 310

Firmware version:9.411-3

 

I need some help for blocked email with reason spam (confirmated) domain : equity.id

steps i had do:

 - I have created smtp exception for that domain but still blocked

-  untick Reject invalid HELO / missing RDNS

 

can anyone help me for that case ??

    Hi, Jimmy, and welcome to the UTM Community!

    I would not recommend de-selecting 'Reject invalid HELO / missing RDNS' as that's usually responsible for one- to two-thirds of rejections.

    Your Exception should look like:
