Problem while adding new email addresses to the SMTP Exeption List: Permission denied to read the user group object.

Hi,

Model: ASG Software
Firmware version: 9.411-3
Support License: Standard

I have a problem while adding new email addresses to the SMTP Exeption List:

A user (I tried both, a local and a AD synced user) has the following rights (WebAdmin Settings\Access Control\Rights\)
- Mail Manager
- Mail Protection Auditor
- Mail Protection Manager

When the user has added a new email address to a SMTP Exeption List and tries to save this list, the list is not saved and the following error message is shown:
Permission denied to read the user group object.

I did this before on many other UTMs without problems. Any ideas?

BR

Christian
