I have had several users report to me that they cannot see some messages in the Mail Log on the User Portal. I am able to find them in the Mail manager correctly. What I discovered were that the messages they could not see were addresses to their email address using some kind of case. Emails sent to homer@thesimpsons.com show up just fine for them, but messages sent to Homer@thesimpsons.com or HOMER@THESIMPSONS.COM do not. When I search for any case version of the email address in the Mail Manager, I always get case insensitive results.
