How do i block a email

 im trying to block an email from a domain but when i add it to the email protection > SMTP > Anti spam > sender black list but its telling me I need to have a sandstorm subscription ?!?!?!?

surely i shouldn't need to have a subscription to block email address.

i know how to find the email through the logs and I've got the correct domain etc

    Hi,

     

    Under email protection - SMTP - Malware : do you have sandstorm checked ?

    If so and you don't have a subscription it needs to be un-checked.

     

    Haven't seen this before, but a workaround could be to temporary disable malware scan and then edit the blacklist.
