Anti-Spam to external Email

Good day,

           It is possible to enable antispam on Sophos UTM to filter the emails from the external hosted email server?

if its possible please help me..

    Jormon, this depends on your hosting company.  If they can configure the mail server to use the UTM as a smart host, the UTM can filter outbound emails.  In any case, it's straightforward to configure your UTM to be the target of your MX record so that you can filter incoming emails before forwarding them to your mail server.
