Twitter mails in spool

Hi,

Today I was checking the mail manager and find something like 20 mail that should be send to the info@twitter.com. all of the emails are send from one user. when open one of these mail se this message:

2017-01-10 13:54:11 info@twitter.com R=dnslookup T=remote_smtp defer (-44): SMTP error from remote mail server after RCPT TO:<info@twitter.com>: host alt1.aspmx.l.google.com [74.125.130.26]: 450-4.2.1 The user you are trying to contact is receiving mail at a rate that\n450-4.2.1 prevents additional messages from being delivered. Please resend your\n450-4.2.1 message at a later time. If the user is able to receive mail at that\n450-4.2.1 time, your message will be delivered. For more information, please\n450-4.2.1 visit\n450 4.2.1  https://support.google.com/mail/?p=ReceivingRate 129si2053488pgi.256 - gsmtp

when I try to manully retray some of these mails, it dont get send and I can see the retried mail back in the SMTP spool. I could resend 2 of those mails and in the SMTP logs I can see that mail has been deliverd, why we cannot resend some of these mails?  We did not have this issue before, any idea?

Thanks
