Bug in "use global settings" in SMTP profiles?

It seems there is a bug when using SMTP profiles with setting "Use global settings".

Whenever you change something in the global settings (SMTP tab) these new global settings do not seem to apply to profiles where "use global settings" is applied.

If you change this in the profile to use individual settings defined below, you can see that everything is in there that was in global settings before you made changes but the new settings are not there.

If you then save the individual settings and change back to "use global settings", then the new settings do apply and this also shows should you again switch back to individual settings.

This is on a fully up-to-date 9.407-3 system.

Anyone else also seeing this? Should I report this to my reseller or is there something I need to change to make this work as expected?
