Email protection will not function crashing shortly after boot:

QMGR[8713]: Master is gone, exiting too.

Can anyone point me in the right direction to getting this sorted?
I have performed a DB rebuild with  /etc/init.d/postgresql92 rebuild
This is the output:
 /etc/init.d/postgresql92 rebuild
Rebuilding PostgreSQL database, all reporting data will be lost!

I have tried all sorts of Hardware versions, I have tried between e1000 nics and VMXNET 3
I am no DB expert. but I am surprised how mangled this VM is right out of the box.
I am using Partner lic, we use UTM hardware appliances all the time at work and this is a home lab for me to get on top of the configuration etc learning.

Thanks
Jason

  • Jason, you did install using the software (asg) ISO and not the pre-made VM - right?
