UTM9 end user quarantine access. Users get a daily report, yet have no password to login?

There is no password or "welcome email" that can be sent to allow users to setup their own passwords.

Assuming Single Sign on is not configures, how can users access their own quarantine or the end-user portal?

user ID I assume is the email address they see on the daily quarantine report.  any way to manage this?

are users created automatically with email usage similar to reflexion or?

  • Hi, Tyler, and welcome to the UTM Community!

One of our rules here is "one topic per thread" - that makes it easier for others to find answers.  Why don't you first try Exchange with SMTP Proxy and Rulz, and then come back with specific questions in the appropriate forums.

  • Seemed like it was obvious as to my request and question. Exchange mail flow and filtering is already setup and working.

The question is How to manage the end user portal\quarantine.

They get an email to "release" quarantines emails.

No way to access the quarantine as there are no credential options to setup or manage.

  • OK, I'll move this to the Mail Protection forum.

You should confirm that the SMTP Proxy and Exchange are setup as in the link above.  Read #6 in the Rulz link to understand that you must sync your users from Active Directory.

    Cheers - Bob
