good afternoon,
I have one outside user that cannot email anyone in our domain due to issues at our SG330.
our current email config is setup as follows:
barracuda cloud filtering ==> sophos SG330 mail filtering ==> internal filtering.
the email is shown as timing out connecting to the sg330. I have enabled exceptions for this one address however it does not seem to be working. the smtp logs for this one address show up like this:
F= R= Verifying recipient address with callout
all other email is flowing as it should.
any ideas where to look next?
