Mail delivered without content

Hi all,

I have a problem with a specific sender who sends mails to us , the messages are delivered to our Exchange server, however with no content. If the sender sends the message to another recipient without astaro and message is then forwarded to us, the message is delivered with content.

Sender uses UTF-8 as format, any ideas?

First step is always to check the logs, both SMTP on the UTM and Exchange logs. Anything in those that could indicate the issue?
