Suddenly, today, all users within my organisation are getting the following banner on their emails (attachment or no attachment):
This message contains unscannable attachments that could not be verified
virus free. Open only if you were expecting this message.
Disabling the policy that produces this messages gets rid of this, but obviously it needs resolving. The Sophos Mail appliance hs also been restarted. Could this be a bad update?

And it seems a patch resolved this.
Any ideas?
