Adding port as SMTP

Hello,

My email setup is quite basic ISP supplies the mail server smtpa.bellaliant.net. I got outlook as Client, clients use authentication for smtp connection. But my port is 2225 (Thank Rogers ISP for blocking 25 and ppl have to find work around for their mobile work force) 

I've found this for association of listening ports... but doesn't say how to add to that...

    Is port 25 blocked into or out of your office?  Is it at home that you have Rogers?  Do you mean that you have 'Outgoing server (SMTP): 2225' on the 'Advanced' tab of 'Internet E-mail Settings' in Outlook?
