Personal, Internal and External Mail Server basic configuration?

Hi everyone,

Internal Email Server:
* Server: Microsoft Exchange Server 2010
* @DNS: mail.mydomain1.com (public IP)
* Clients: client1@mydomain1.comclient2@mydomain1.com,...
* AD Server: ad.mydomain1.local

Additional External Email Server (POP):
* @DNS: mail.mydomain2.com (public IP)
* Clients: client3@mydomain2.comclient4@mydomain2.com,...

Personal Emails:
* Gmail, Hotmail, Yahoo

How to configure Email Protection on UTM 9.3 to protect all the 3 emails (Personal, Internal, External) ?

SMTP Routing: Domains, Rout by, Host list ?
SMTP Relaying ?

POP3 Allowed networks?

  • I agree with Jaleel, i would appreciate more guidance on how to deal with smtp and pop3 when the server is outside the protected network

    looking at the suggested video, it does not provide me the guidance, also where I'm a UMT9 Home user I respect the Sophos team not to ring them and looking for resources on the internet although i have some support

    anyone that would have a doc/link/ref that would proivde that detail is most welcome
