We recently implemented the Sophos UTM e-mail filtering. Everything seemed to be flowing good, until some users noticed they weren't receiving e-mail. Doing some digging Sophos says the e-mails are being delivered. However; users aren't receiving them? I then noticed when I signed up for a My Sophos account it was never delivered. It's not in my Junk Mail folder either. Any thoughts>
I was able to send/receive a test e-mail to my personal account. See attached screen shot for e-mail I never received.
