Exclusions from auto-whitelisting outgoing recipients

Hello everybody,

we are currently testing a Sophos SG-310 as Web Protection and SMTP AntiSpam Proxy. So far I have no problems. But a question.

I read, that the Sophos UTM learns from outgoing mails, by putting the outgoing mail recipients on the whitelist. So everybody, who has been contacted by us before, will also be allowed incoming.

I now have 2 questions:

- where can I find the auto-Whitelist, to review the entries or delete some of them?

- Is there a possibility to exclude specific mails from this auto-whitelisting? For example exlusion by subject or exclusion by sender address? I'd like to disable the auto-whitelisting option let's say for "out-of-office" mails, sent automatically by the mailbox to all incoming mail senders.

Edit:
I just found the site where I read about auto-whitelisting. Seems I misunderstood it, as it was a feature request by a user.
I guess, there is no such thing than auto-whitelisting for outgoing recipients. Am I correct?

Thanks in advance

Greetings
Florian
