SPX Portal Settings

I'm trying to setup SPX encryption where the recipient generates the password.  

My question is,  when setting up the SPX Portal for port 10444 on my SG320 is that hosted by the SG320 or is it hosted by an IIS server internally?    During testing when the end user clicks on the link to go and create the password it goes to a "page not found" web page.
