SPX Encryption - Error Rejected: SPX Failure (password_not_presented)

I have problems in the setup for the SPX Encryption.

I always get the error "Rejected: SPX Failure (password_not_presented)"

In the SPX template I tried to set the password type to "Generated one-time password for every email" or "Generated and stored for recipient".

But it seems that the UTM does not generate the password.

Any idea how to solve that problem?

I have used generate and send, and it worked for me. Realize that the generated password is sent to the sender, not the recipient. Suggest that you verify that UTM is correctly configured for sending email to your mail server. This is in the alarm notification setup.
