Checking Emails Through Sophos

Hi guys,
I'm very appreciate for your help in last posts.
Now I need your help again, I want to set something like WAF for my email server, meaning that clients don't know about the real email server existence. they would send email to sophos UTM and the UTM resend it to real email server.
Is this possible?

    I mean how can i do the following scenario?
    The UTM receive emails from end users and send them to the mail server, and also receive from mail server and post it to the ens users.

    Are these internal or external users?  What client are they using?  If a browser, then why won't WAF solve your issue?

    Hi
    Let me make an edition on map, the following image is the real structure of my network. internet users will using email service and Destination Nat is done by Router and not UTM. Valid IP in the image is just an example and is not real. 
    Sophos UTM should receive Outgoing Emails from Exchange Server and then send to Internet and vis versa (Sophos should receive incoming Emails from Internet and relay it to the Exchange Server). I want to implement the this for smtp protocol and port 25 not for http and https. for this reason i won't use waf in this situation.

    Just use the smtp-proxy from the utm. configure your internal mail-server and your mail-domain in the utm. On the exchange-server need to configure send-connector with utm as smarthost so the exchange sends all outgoing mail to the utm. 

    check your mx-record and your reverse-dns..
