Mail Delivery Failed

I have an SG320 that I have just setup to use as an SMTP proxy server with SPX encryption. 

I setup my exchange 2010 server send connector to route through the smart host (SG320 IP address) and do not have any smarthost settings setup on the firewall. 

I'm receiving SMTP bounce backs from a few domains today that say I don't have a reverse DNS entry or that i'm being blocked because of the email looking like it's coming from the firewall.

Am I missing a step in the SMTP proxy setup now that mail is being routed through the FW proxy server?

    check your mx record for your domain, it should point to your public ip on the utm that gets the emails. 
    the reverse dns record must match then the mx record. 
    the exchange is normaly behind the firewall and gets the mails from the utm.
    smarthost in exchange is configured to the utm so that outgoing mails are send by the utm and that they are also checked..



    did you have an email-server directly with an public ip adress in the internet without a firewall in front???
