Sophos Email Protection

Hi,

We are receiving complaints that some parties can't mail us.
We are using the sophos UTM Email Protection.

The users on the other side are getting that the mail can't be delivered --> Message delivery delayed:
Status: 4.0.0
Action: delayed

I see nothing in our SMTP log.
It seems that we can't connect on port 25 of our ip adresses. (via telnet)

Does anyone have an idea what could be the problem?
