unlist ip address from black.rbl.ctipd.astaro.local

Hi
our customer is using a sender ip address which is blacklisted in
black.rbl.ctipd.astaro.local

I have defined an exception to skip the RBL check for this ip address, but the customer told me, that he can't reach several server because of the RBL entry.

How to remove an ip address from the 'Astaro/Sophos' RBL database ?

regards,
Andreas

  • Hey Bob,

Do you happen to know all of the blacklists that the UTM uses for the reputation checking?

    Cheers,
    Brendan
  • Check the Help, Brandon. That should tell you as of the date the Help was written. I also use bl.spamcop.net, zen.spamhaus.org & xyz.bl.yodbl.net.

UPDATE 2019-06-07: Yesterday, xyz.bl.yodbl.net was apparently hacked as many IPs were added to it that are NOT spam IPs.  Outlook.com?  Ridiculous.  Remove it if you have it.

    Cheers - Bob
