A lot of SMTP Proxy failed Logins

Hi,
I see that our SMTP Proxy get a lot of failed logins from different IPs (probably spammers), eg.: 
server_plain authenticator failed for 125-85-112-92.pool.ukrtel.net (server-pilgy) [92.112.85.125]:1232: 535 Incorrect authentication data


Under authentication services I set attempts to 2 and block access for 86400s.

Is there a way to block access forever?
(or report the IPs somewhere)
