SMTP Callout doesn't work in 9.312?

Hi,

I noticed SMTP callout seems not to work since 9.312?
Sending an E-Mail to an unknown receiver isn't bounced with SMTP callout.

SMTP callout is done, reports back Unknown but E-mail isn't bounced and send to the Mailserver.

Can someone confirm this?
