We started analyzing the smtp.log logfiles, and foud the following line:
RefID:str=0000.00000.00000.0000.0000 ss=0.000,re=0.000,recu=0.000,reip=0.000,cl=0.00,cld=0.000,fgs=0.000
Out of personal interest, I would like to know more about this parameters because I think, they can help troubleshooting. After doing som google searchings, I was not able to find any good documentation about these Parameters (What's the meaning of them, what are the thresholds to being marked as spam, what could be possibly reasons and factors on these Parameters?)
I allready opened a supportticket at sophos about that, but there was no satisfied answer so far, so they escalated my ticket, but still no useful informations. What Support could tell me so far was that the RefID is a ID, with which cyren can identify a single mail which is not so hard to identify.
Maybe I missed something here, or somebody of you is able to explain?
