The problem seems to be caused by the following css style in premium.css:
.bdyItmPrt IMG {
max-width: 100%;
height: auto;
}
Changing it to the following seems to fix it, though I have no idea if it breaks other reports/pages:
.bdyItmPrt IMG {
max-width: 100%;
/* height: auto; */
}
