SPX encryption with security certificate error

Hello,

I hope someone had seen this and offer a solution. I've enabled SPX encryption for client running on a SG105W w/FW 9.310-11. He's using Outlook 2013 and I've installed Outlook Add-in. It keeps popping up a security certificate cannot be verified every time he opens Outlook 2013 even though he clicks on continue using this server. Is there something I can do?

There's another thread with this exact same issue. If you have a paid license, I would suggest opening up a support ticket.

There's another thread with this exact same issue. If you have a paid license, I would suggest opening up a support ticket.

I do have a paid license and have submitted a support ticket, but tech support is less than stellar. Ticket is still open and I haven't heard back[:O]

it took 4 weeks for me, before we had an answer for our ticket [:@]

Sophos Support is very week
Can't argue with either of you there, but it is the only means of reporting a potential bug that'll work it's way up the chain to development for fixing. In a perfect world, we'd put in a support case and work with an engineer who is knowledgeable about both UTM and network fundamentals, but that's not the system we've been provided with.

The support engineer I worked with sounds like he doesn't even familiar with UTM until I showed him where the SPX encryption feature is located[:S]
